The course will be pre-recorded and 2 free live sessions one on one 45 mins feedback session after 3 & 5.5 months.

- Tihaai Introduction & Demonstration of 3 Different Tihaai
- Recitation of Tihaai in Dhrut Laya
- 2 Different of Sadharan Toda in Teentaal
- 3 Different Chakkradhar Toda in Teentaal
- Recitation of all Todas in Dhrut Laya
- Performing Todas on Different Speeds
- Footwork 1-10 on Bols
- Demonstration of Seedhi Gat in TeenTaal
